Services and Prices
We do not charge per hour but a one time fixed legal fees. Additional Package fees are only if you want it. Our "Additional Package Service" Professionals are among the best and most highly skilled professionals who have proven track records of 99,99 % success !!!
The payment must be done all in once at the start of your process (when you sign the contract). You may pay 60% upfront and the remaining 40% when we are filing your case for an additional $350. We will do our best to avoid RFE or refiling. Usually 95 % of our cases have been approved without an RFE or refiling.
