Andreia Park - CEO and Founder

 Attorney Andreia Park Levenson  (APL) is a multicultural and multilingual dual-qualified attorney, licensed to practice law in New York and Brazil. She serves immigrants from all 50 US states and around the world. Andreia is also a member of  the American Bar Association, the NY state bar association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). 

She has lived in 3 Latin American countries where she also practiced immigration law for more than a decade.  Attorney APL started her legal career in the late 90s working at top Global American Corporate International law firm that was a branch office of Baker McKenzie in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A few years later, she worked as a business immigration attorney for giant multinational corporations such as Nokia, Siemens, Telefonica that were settling in Brazil. 

 Attorney APL has helped  hundred of clients attain legal status in the United Stated and Latin America. Andreia's passion is helping people and she works to ensure that the only option is success. Andreia prides herself in being an experienced immigration attorney who has lived in several different countries having gained immeasurable experience and insight into different cultures.  

 APL founded her law firm to help immigrants gain legal status at an affordable cost and convenient ways. APL 's clients will not waste long hours filling out complicated immigration forms and writing many affidavits. APL loves to help immigrants achieve their own American dreams. Andreia's mission is to help unite families easily and effectively. She will take every client's immigration matter like her own immigration case.    

Prior to founding her own practice, attorney APL  not only worked for one of the most prominent/busiest immigration law firm in NY but also dedicated her time assisting refugees/low income immigrants victims of crimes to obtain asylums, U-Visas, T-Visas, VAWAS, SIJS, Humanitarian Parole, and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) in collaboration with a global non-profit organization. Additionally, she helped NY women living in poverty, victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and human trafficking in their immigration matters. 

APL pays special attention to humanitarian visas for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, human trafficking including labor/sex trafficking . Currently her law practice is mainly focused in two humanitarian visas: Visas T & VAWA.
